The Zaddie is named after one of the great female founders of Palm Springs, Zaddie Bunker. Zaddie's business vision and acumen led to her creating much of the Old Las Palmas neighbourhood in the 1960s, including three movie theatres, and the infamous Chi Chi nightclub. Quite the pioneer, Zaddie earned her private pilot's license at 65 years old and embarked on a solo flight across the US where she was welcomed in Washington D.C. by Nixon, followed by a flight to Spain where she broke the sound barrier at the controls of a US Air Force F-100 Sabre jet. We think she would have been a good pal of Hester and Nellie. Zaddie is also now the perfect cover-up at the pool or the beach, made out of soft, lightweight linen and embroidered with peacock green and Malibu blue Palm Springs-inspired breeze blocks. Cinch in at the waist for a flattering silhoutte with the contrast hot pink and orange linen belt to make a bold and colourful statement.
